Information board 'Do not feed!' - Metabolic disease

This do not feed sign is specially designed for use with horses with a metabolic disorder, such as Equine Metabolic Syndrome (EMS), PPID (Cushing's disease) or laminitis. These conditions require a specific and tailored ration in which various nutrients are avoided as much as possible. The last thing you want in that case is for passers-by, no matter how well-intentioned, to feed your horse something else.

This sign informs them about the metabolic disease and a short text and clear pictograms indicate that feeding the horse outside the normal ration is not advisable.
