• It may happen that the delivery time of your package is longer than estimated in advance. For example, due to busy times at the parcel service.

Some products such as slowfeeder net per cutting meter, slowfeeder racks and various spare parts come from a different warehouse and have a longer delivery time. This is always stated with the product with an indication of the shipping period.

Custom products (slowfeeder net per linear meter and slowfeeder racks) are custom made and have a longer delivery time than our standard shipping time. We aim to ship these products within 10 working days, but sometimes the delivery time can be longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your package has been shipped.

It may happen that your order contains products that are shipped from different locations. For example, custom products or spare parts come from a different warehouse than other products. In that case, you will receive your order in two parts and at different times.

• Delivery via DHL (NL) and GLS (BE) to an address of your choice (home or work).
• If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to your neighbours or sent to a DHL or GLS service point.
• Track & trace is available via the email you received (check your spam box if necessary).

You can give permission to leave the package in a safe place. This is at your own risk.

• Please contact us directly via info@paardeerlijk.nl if you have entered an incorrect delivery address. We will try to change it for you.
• The costs for reshipment or lost product are for the buyer, if the order has already been shipped to the incorrect address.

For environmental reasons, we do not include a printed packing slip. We therefore recommend that you keep the order confirmation in a safe place.

It is not possible to collect orders from us.

Shipping to other countries

• In some cases, delivery may take longer than initially estimated, for example, due to high demand at the shipping service.

Partial Shipments
If your order contains products that ship from different locations, you may receive your order in two separate shipments at different times.

• Delivery via DHL (NL/DE/FI/LU), GLS (BE), and Colis Privé (FR) to an address of your choice (home or work).
• If you're not at home, the package will be delivered to a neighbor or sent to a DHL, GLS, or Colis Privé service point.
• Track & trace is available via the email you received (check your spam folder if needed).
