Defects in delivery

All products are thoroughly checked before shipping. If your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We will contact you within two business days and provide a solution.

Warranty on our products

Many of our products are used by horses in unsupervised situations and often in herds. Horses can react differently to products than intended, beyond your and our control. Horses are strong and heavy animals that can react uncontrollably. This can cause damage to products. For example, due to frustration or panic, whether or not caused by factors in your horse's direct living environment.

To ensure that your horse is also safe with our products, it is necessary that products can give (and break) if the situation requires it. Horses also do not take into account purchase price or desired period of use. You understand that no guarantee can be given for such situations. View the other exceptions below.

All products from PaardEerlijk® meet high quality standards. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, but not normal wear and tear or situations as described above in the introduction. PaardEerlijk® is your first point of contact for warranty handling and maintains contact with the supplier if necessary. In some cases, direct contact with the supplier can take place.

If something breaks, please report this within two months of noticing it. Please contact us and add a clear description and photos.

Warranty Exceptions

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused intentionally or negligently,
  • Unskilled use or poor maintenance,
  • Normal wear and tear and rubber products,
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the instructions for use,
  • Damage caused by nature, humans or animals,
  • Damage caused by external force (e.g. caused by nails, screws, horse teeth, chafing or pulling),
  • Self- or unauthorized repaired items without consultation with PaardEerlijk®
