How can I return a product?
You can return your product within 30 days of receiving it and have your purchase amount refunded.
- First download the return form (downloadable here) and fill it out completely.
- Please read the return conditions on the form and/or this page carefully and only return clean items in new condition.
- Pack the products securely.
- Add the completed return form to your products in the box or packaging. If you do not have a printer, add a note with all the information that is also requested on the return form. As long as we can find out who the package is from.

The return costs are at your own expense. You can return the package to a carrier of your own choice.
- The risk of shipping is always at the risk of the sender. That is why we recommend always sending with track & trace and carefully keeping the proof of delivery with track & trace code. Then the package can be followed if something goes wrong and an investigation can be done by the carrier.
- In case of a (partial) return, the remaining amount may fall below the threshold (€100) for free shipping. In that case, the shipping costs will still be charged or settled with the returned products.
- If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary for assessment, we can pass on the reduction in value. Therefore, make sure that the product is handled with care and well packaged when returning. Also read the return conditions on this page.

Since returns can take up to 14 days to process, we've simplified the exchange process so you can get the product you want faster.

1. Return your product together with our return form
Send the products you want to exchange to us with a completed return form (downloadable here) . Indicate on the return form that it concerns an exchange.
2. Order the desired product
- Place a new order on our website within 21 days.
- Please state in the comments field: “Exchange + order number of the original order”.
- You will receive your new order and any shipping costs for the new item will be deducted when processing your return.
- Orders placed after 21 days are considered new orders and any shipping costs will be at your own expense.

You will understand that you cannot return the following items:
1. Items with signs of use or contamination
- For hygiene reasons, returns of grazing masks, hay nets, slow feeders, accessories and UV masks are only possible without saliva, food remains, hay blades or horse hair.
- The product should also not have any unusual odor (horse smell, ammonia smell, hay smell or detergent smell, smoke/tobacco smell, etc.).
- In case of damage or contamination, costs may be charged, such as depreciation or cleaning costs (€15 per product).
2. Custom products and meter goods
Custom-made products, such as meter goods or slow feeders made to order size or custom-made furs and other custom-made accessories, cannot be returned.

Yes, you may review your product as you would in a store .
Don't like the product? Then you can return it. It is important to return your product in its original condition and packaging. That way we can make someone else happy with it.
Fitting and testing grazing muzzles
- Grazing muzzles cannot be tested in the pasture, you can only try on a grazing muzzle to assess the size.
- Take extra precautions to avoid unnecessarily dirtying the product during fitting.
- Before fitting a grazing muzzle, clean your horse's nose and nostrils thoroughly. Your horse may snort when fitting.
- Always fit a grazing muzzle without additional fur.
- If your horse is sick or has a runny nose, postpone fitting until your horse is healthy again.
- Please read the detailed measurement instructions carefully before ordering a grass basket. This will reduce the chance of ordering the wrong size and incurring unnecessary costs.
- Not sure? Avoid long waits and an extra shipment and order multiple sizes at once.
Testing hay nets and slow feeders
- Hay nets and slow feeders cannot be tested when filled.
Avoid extra costs
In case of damage, contamination or excessive damage to the packaging, we can charge a reduction in value. If traces of use can be cleaned, we charge €15,- cleaning costs per product. Make sure that the product is treated with care and well packaged when returning.

- To get the full purchase price back, it is important to return your product in its original condition and undamaged. For example: remove a grazing muzzle from the packaging, assess it well, try on the grazing muzzle (as described in 'can I try a product'), but do not let your horse graze with it.
- After receiving your returned order or notifying us of your return, you will receive a credit note within 14 days and the purchase amount (minus any advance return shipping costs) will be refunded to the account number you provided.
- If you return the entire order, you will also receive a refund of the shipping costs you paid for the order.
- In case of a (partial) return, the remaining amount may fall below the threshold (€100) for free shipping. In that case, the shipping costs will still be charged or settled with the returned products.
- If you have not returned the item to us after 30 days, the purchase is a fact.
