GreenGuard Insert plate soft

Soft insert plate for the GreenGuard grazing muzzle. The insert plate is made of rubber-like material and is therefore softer for the teeth than the original bottom. The insert plate also protects the grazing muzzle, making it last longer.

The latest models of GreenGuard grazing muzzles have recesses in the muzzle where the insert plate clicks into place. If you have an older grazing muzzle from before 2022, you can use the leather insert plate without the click system.

Important: Prevent tooth damage

We recommend using the grazing muzzle only in combination with a rubber or leather insert plate to protect the teeth. Nevertheless, continue to check the teeth regularly and have the dentist come for an annual check-up. In addition to an insert plate, the adjustment also has a major influence on the teeth. Therefore, read the adjustment instructions of the GreenGuard grazing muzzle carefully.

If your horse eats with a lot of pressure on the ground and teeth, it is advisable to have the dentist come more often for a check-up.
